I spoke to ms. Randazzo by phone on December 24,2022 and retained her for my partners pending criminal cases. She was paid 3,500$ for upcoming court appearances. After my initial contact with ms. Randazzo and once she received our payment for for mentioned services I was never directly in contact with her again and my partner who was in custody at that time was never contacted by her he never seen or spoke to her at any time. It seems ms. Randazzo had made herself completely unavailable to her client. She never made an appearance in any municipality where charges were pending for my partner prolonging his process. This was all documented and after numerous no shows in court the presiding judge had to track her down at which Time she was fired and she also withdrew stating lack of communication with her client as her reason. My partner was in custody in st Charles county's county jail for 8 months ms. Randazzo was well aware of his location and she was also aware of our attempts
