Hannah Weber is an attorney in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, practicing in the firm’s Business Law, Employment Law, and Non-profit Law Departments.
Hannah has a background in Entrepreneurship. Having created a few different small businesses of her own, Hannah has first-hand experience with the common pain points that small business owners go through and has now developed the legal skills and knowledge to alleviate many of those pains.
Hannah’s passion for supporting Entrepreneurs continues in her everyday work life. She enjoys working with business owners and using her legal knowledge to find ways to alleviate pain points and help the company meet its goals. Additionally, she works with these employers to strategically set up their business structure, whether that be an LLC, Corporation, etc. Hannah also works with employers to construct contracts to support their ongoing operations. She utilizes these skills to limit liability, protect its assets, and make strategic legal decisions to increase its value.
Hannah has spent much of her time drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies to help companies comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. In addition, she works to streamline this process to make what can typically be an expensive project more affordable for small to mid-sized companies. Hannah also represents employers in other employment matters, including non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and other employee issues.
Additionally, Hannah deals with these same legal issues in the context of non-profits with the additional aspect of religious freedom and obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status. In general, Hannah is happy to help with any legal issues for a business or non-profit organization. From a company’s formation to the dissolution and everything in between, Hannah is here to help.
When away from the office, Hannah lives in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota and enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends at the cabin up north.
