I hired atty. Jon mcgookey from this firm for my very young sons case. Not even 19 yet. All meetings and communication was with him however when it came down to the hearings both times he sent an associate atty. Wisehart instead? A public defender could have gotten the same outcome .. given what facts were in just an accident. I would never recommend this firm. I would like to see them fully investigated for possible ethics violations.
Charlie Lynch is a terrible communicator and verbally degrading to his clients, he is not out to fight for you in any manner and never showed up to any court hearings prepared. I went through about 6 or more miserable court hearings before I finally gave up and realized I wasn't getting anywhere with him except in debt. He is not going to put any effort towards you or your case, Only send you a bill for his lack of effort! He over charges and you put yourself in a worse situation working w/ him.
