Working with Attorney Dawn Fesmier Pigg was a great experience, she was always in contact with me giving me updates on my case, always responded to my questions and concerns, she made it a seamless process from beginning to end! Highly recommend Dawn Fesmier Pigg. She was extremely responsive, and although it was a difficult case because of dealing with other counties, she made it happen. We needed a custody agreement completed, all parties were in agreement and the school was being difficult since the custodial mother did not live in the district. Although our son lived with us for well over a year, he was unable to attend school. Delaware County was very slow in getting the order signed off on, but she was still able to get him enrolled in school while we waited for the official documents. And we even got a refund at the end, which was a very unexpected bonus!

Very personable and easy to talk to.

11 years later and I still think back to my divorce and how Catherine Goldman did nothing for me. I work 2 jobs to get by because my ex ended up with my house (a family inheritance) and doesn't pay child support, all because I wanted to keep things normal for my child with minimal overnights with her absent father. Not to mention he's an alcoholic and Goldman told me we didn't need to prove him unfit, even though I had evidence and testimony to do so....that still resonates with me. Now my child is old enough to see it too and has to deal with him treating her the way he did me. She is not the lawyer you want if you need someone to think outside the box for you. She does just what is required, takes your money and signs some papers.
