He helped my husband and I when we had financial difficulty. He is very thorough, straightforward, and helpful. He even got my husband's truck back for us. We have recommended others to him. He knows the Bankruptcy code, keeps current with the newest changes, and keeps in touch with the Federal Court.

At first everything seemed to go ok. But as time went on he never seemed to have information correct in our paperwork and was often unsure of his facts. By the time we finally got everything finished we were not very happy with the whole experience. At some of the mass meetings with other lawyers he was always more casually dressed and seemed less professional than the others.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
