I was referred to Chris Trombetta by an AMAZING, talented and highly-motivated attorney. I would have never left her but she was starting her own firm and moving away. Either way, from our first meeting Mr. Trombetta seemed very uninterested even bored with my case. As I sat in his office and broke down in tears he assured me that he was a BIG SHOT attorney that wins all of this "HUGE" cases and that he would take care of this.{para}I gave him ALL of my details from my attack... I even gave him all of my background information so he knew what he was getting into. I let him know that along with being a student and a Finance Manager I was also an agency represented model. He responded in a positive way and told me he would draft up a demand letter within days.{para}IT TOOK WEEKS. {para}When he did get the letter to me MY NAME, THE EVENTS, MOST EVERYTHING WAS INACCURATE.
It was like he didn't listen to anything I had said, nor did he take the time to get information directly from me to make this as accurate as possible. The letter was FAR from convincing and seemed like it had been thrown together in a matter of minutes. {para}Of course this case is HUGE to me so I confronted him on several occasions about proceeding and his lack for attention to detail...he then responded to me saying that I should seek other counsel because he had reviewed my modeling photos and HE BELIEVED that (since I took these photos and worked as a model) I had not suffered from emotional distress and that the case wouldn't end well. He then told me in a way that made me uneasy that he would have to show the jury all of these (UNRELATED) photos if we were to proceed.
I would NEVER recommend Mr. Trombetta, even to my worst enemy{para}He was unprofessional, rude and judgmental. I was wronged and I trusted him- however it felt like he was just trying to find ways to turn me away throughout this case because it was "small" in comparison to the rest of your "big cases" ( which he brought up several times).{para}With the coldest of regards,{para}
