Hired Attorney

Working with this lawyer was the worst choice I've ever made. Not only did I wait MONTHS at a time for him to return a simple phone call ,I would also have to remind him of my case and what I'm looking for him to help with. On the RARE occasion that the phone was answered I always had to leave my name and number every time I called, never received a call back. When I did talk to him I would have to get stern and plead with him of the importance and he would respond with "yes we will get things started ASAP" not once did he serve any papers or get things going. My file has sat in a cabinet for 1 1/2 years now with NOTHING being done. I ask for emergency visits and was told yup I'll make it happen, well it's been 2 years now and my children probably think that I don't want them. Do you have any idea what it's like to live 2 blocks away from your children that you can't see ?? It's literally like being tortured every single day . Child alienation IS abuse! Get a lawyer that WILL help!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
