Withdrew after 14 months, refused to seek finality. Refused to provide itemized/detailed audit of expenses (required by law). Engaged in defamation of litigants, writing correspondence to outside parties with zero interest in case and discussing intimate case details. Pushed back on beneficiaries with no disagreement of terms spelled out in Last Will and Testament. Mr.Jeremy Berg, the firms Super Lawyer, minimized communication with parties involved in case that he had a fiduciary role to protect. Any communication subsequent was with malice. Senior attorneys were aware and never engaged to settle disagreements
