Took her a month and a half to file the KPC paperwork with the Clerk if the Court to get child support started. Kitra is not knowledgeable when it comes to domestic violence and will fight for the abuser. She doesn't care about anything but the money. She let an abuser have joint custody of a child. Please stop hiring lawyers that have no knowledge of domestic violence and the effects it has on children. She was mean and rude and didn't want to take the extra step to ensure things were done. Worst experience if my life!
Not a good choice. Divorce is one of the most emotional and difficult transitions in your life and choosing the wrong one will only make it worse. In hopes that issues would be settled during mediation, this attorney told her client that if they agreed to the deal, they would need to find another attorney. Isn't this the point of mediation, to settle out of court? Save yourself from extra unneeded stress and money.
