Worst attorney I have ever had to deal with. Misleading. Pulled the bait and switch routine on me. Said she could help me, got my money, then said I can't do that, but I can do this, charged my $2300 and I have nothing to show for it. Beware of this woman.

Brenda Bell has been the most incompetent attorney I have ever hired and also, ever known. I had to spell check her documents due to spelling and other errors. Brenda used the bait and switch on me. She promised to help me in one way then after getting $2500 from me, stated she can not help me as she said she would prior to getting my money. Rude, unpractical, stubborn, to name a few of the qualities she has demonstrated to me. Beware!!

Hired Attorney Brenda Bell

The nicest thing I can say, is, incompetent. She would not speak to me unless I had $5,000 on the books, I told her what I wanted from my divorce, and that was simply custody of my children, and that was IT! She insisted that we go after my ex because he had money, businesses, etc. She turned what should have been a pretty simple open/close divorce settlement into a circus. She never got me what I wanted, I ended up having to fire her, and she never refunded the money I still had left on the books. She lacked compassion, empathy, common courtesy, basically every human emotion. I am not writing this out of anger, my dealings with her were in 2008-2009. I just thought everyone should beware when I saw she was still in practice.
