Arthur - Green, LLP is a law firm established in 1950 with an office in Manhattan, KS. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing real estate, civil litigation, trial practice and 8 other areas of law.
A Family Trust was created for my husbands business by Shon Robben. Upon the death of my husband I called to ask for advice on how the trust should be handled. Mr Robben’s response was that he was not able to help us because of a “ conflict of interest’”. He would not explain what the conflict was. We approached him as a family and even now there has been no conflict between the family members. He was happy to be paid for drawing up the trust and then when we needed help he was no help whatsoever. I would not recommend him or a firm that operates in such a manner to anyone. My late husband ,David Zoeller ,trusted him to be professional. He would have been disappointed.
