I dealt with Charles while in a high conflict child custody battle in 2022 and I can say that he was less than competent in every aspect of the case. His communication, judgement, and litigation skills are horrible at best. I found him to be extremely dishonest, flakey, and lacking good morals, and character. At several hearings he appeared unprepared and weak, I absolutely can not recommend him to anyone who wants to have a successful outcome in their case.
My experience with this minors counsel assigned to our custody case was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of impartially representing the best interests of my child, this individual shamelessly sided with my ex-partner, demonstrating a blatant disregard for ethics and professionalism. Throughout the entire ordeal, the minors counsel's actions were characterized by bias, intimidation, and bullying tactics, leaving me feeling powerless and marginalized in a system that was supposed to prioritize the well-being of my child. From the outset, it was evident that the minors counsel had already made up their mind, aligning themselves with my ex-partner without giving fair consideration to the facts of the case. Despite my repeated attempts to present evidence and voice legitimate concerns about my child's welfare, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility. Instead of advocating for my child's rights, the minors counsel was siding with my ex husband. He’s corrupt and is unprofessional.
He was a very corrupt minor counsel ; was working for father instead of minor, bullied me and try to take my kid away that is being molested at her dads house. This man would not listen to anything I had to say, from our first meeting he already recommended I give up custody of a child I raised
