These lawyers are absolutely DISPICABLE!! We caught them ripping us off as well-- by $150k-- and, then, they returned most of it ( only when our broker saw it) claiming they would give us a "discount." I highly doubt this was the first time they've engaged in what amounts to thievery in my book. They just finally got caught!! I guess grief-stricken clients are easy prey! Why they are allowed to still practice (albeit under DA-ordered restrictions) and not in jail is beyond me! What's more, their offices conveniently "burned down" after this, destroying all of their files!! Sounds like a bad movie!! BUYER BEWARE!!There are PLENTY of other Estate Planning attorneys-- honest onea- who do what they're paid for!!!
Slimy. Thieves. Read up how they stole from a client. They tried to do the same to us. Told my dad that they charged a nominal fee to administer his estate. Nominal my a$$ Robin comes across as so sweet, soft spoken, attentive but she is a viper. Don’t trust her. She notarized her own signature on one of the Trust documents she prepared. Thankfully I was able to pull the administration of my sisters Trust away from her as she would make more than my sister would have ever year. POS. Look anywhere else but here.

The violation of trust that these attorneys have placed in the community is shameful. They really got off with a slap on the wrist and if they did nothing wrong then why do they have to pay back a half a million dollars. I saw this after I went in for a consultation and was told I would get call back about my mother's estate and never did, even after leaving message after message with the attorneys. Then I saw the article above and counted my lucky stars.
