Theresa M. Spearing, Esq. A life-long New Englander, Theresa was born and raised in Massachusetts and has lived in New Hampshire for the past 23 years. Attorney Spearing graduated from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire in History and Political Science. After graduating from Rivier Theresa attended Law School at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formally known as Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. While at UNH School of Law, Attorney Spearing received her Juris Doctor and a Master's in Intellectual Property Law in Copyright and Trademark Law. Hired Attorney

Our experience with Theresa Spearing was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and clearly unprepared for trial — she did not seem to have all the facts straight, and even had to call someone to rush additional “evidence” to the courtroom at the last minute. Despite charging us a premium, her representation offered us no real help or guidance. We expected a competent advocate but instead felt completely unsupported. I would not recommend her services.

Hired Attorney

I was paying for everything, and the cost was ridiculous. Scam artist at its best. Lied about other cases she has "won" and charged me for information i gave her to help my case. Sent me emails that were unnecessary and proceeded to charge for that as well. Money hungry company with poor results. Also there is no payment plant to help struggling single parents going through a divorce. Better off looking for another law firm. Clark Law is a waste of time, money, and effort.
