Over the last thirty years, Stev has developed a broad, general practice with experience in many areas of law, including personal injury, workers' compensation, divorce and family matters, corporations, business and contracts, wills, trusts and estates, litigation and most other areas of the law that affect middle-income people. In the last several years, Stev has concentrated on representing injury victims.
Stev has always been very active in local and state bar associations, and over the years, he has served on many bar committees, including the New Hampshire Bar Association's committees on Lawyer-to-Lawyer Dispute Resolution, Public Information, Delivery and Legal Services, Rule 170, Advertising, Specialization and Revision of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
Stev has served as a Superior Court Mediator for many years. He has received an award for his extraordinary service to the public and the justice system as a volunteer mediator. For five years, Stev served as a member of the Board of Directors, and as Vice President, of New Hampshire Legal Assistance. He is currently on the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer of the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union. As a member of the CLU's Legal Panel, he has handled a number of civil rights cases throughout the years.
