I was only looking to “get back to zero”, cover my relative bills, and yet this firm recovered far more than our initial expectations. Sabin is a great guy. It stinks to see such client reviews. He was everything me and my wife needed as an attorney for my landlord-tenant civil action. He apologized even though we were happy with it and he charged me less. He fought hard and never took no for it. He even went all the way to the Supreme Court and we were happy it was principle and he was empathetic to our situation. Walked us happily through the entire realistic situation.
