He thrives on piecing together the interests, objectives, and personalities involved in a negotiation like a puzzle—where the final picture is an agreeable solution that protects his client and accomplishes their goals. Nick previously worked in-house at a large real estate investment trust, where he negotiated large-scale deals and trained other attorneys in contract analysis and dispute resolution. Before that, he held positions at private firms specializing in title services. When he’s not hard at work poring over transaction-related documents, you might find him playing disc golf very poorly or card games very well.
