Hired Attorney John B. FitzGerald III

Attorney FitzGerald took over my case after the insurance company started denying my medical bills and refused to pay for a permanent impairment award. He took over for me and we went to the Labor Department and got everything I was entitled to.

Atty Fitzgerald took on my case after I discharged a worker's comp atty who was not prepared for my hearing which was in 3 week time frame. Atty Fitzgerald had a lot of catching up to do in a short time frame and we prevailed at the hearing. I recommend Atty Fitzgerald without a doubt!
