Worst attorney. He doesn’t know what he was doing . All is he asking for is always money money. The worst attorney! How I wish I listened to my ex that he just want money on me. Now I’m full of debt while his person is having fun having vacation with his family. Never ever hire this person
I hired Attorney David Kritzman for my divorce case. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. Communication was minimal, responsiveness was delayed, and important filings were not handled in a timely manner. This negatively affected the outcome of my case and left me with financial and legal consequences that could have been avoided. In my opinion, he did not provide the level of representation I expected or needed. I cannot recommend his services based on my experience.

After a sneaking suspicion then coupled with another attorney’s prompt to read through my entire case file with a new set of eyes, I sat and did just that in one sitting, then two, and caught him lying to not only me on and through multiple correspondences, but to many others i.e. judges, prosecutors, et al. members of the court, my friends, and family; some written, some recorded, some in audio only, some with video as well. And after speaking with parties involved, they are verifiable. I sent him an email letting him know that he no longer represented me, then I went to the courthouse and filed the proper paperwork to success.
Mr. Kritzman started off okay with a good plan which is why we retained him but as time went by he felt he had earned the right to ask us for more money even though that's not how it works, which he obviously knew. When he thought I was left with some kind of inheritance during this time he started asking me for more money which seemed crazy to us as nothing had happened along the way in the case to warrant another payment, he was just asking simply because he believed I had it. And the money amounts that he was throwing around were ludicrous and unhinged in any playable theory. He's made these comments in front of my friends. Once on the courthouse steps he said to me in front of my girlfriend at the time, that he KNEW how much money I had in my bank account. And that she was only with me because of that. Crazy! I don't have God as the only witness here, I have human eyewitnesses as well. Very weird and he hurt our case so we had to end up firing him. Sad.
Mr. Kritzman continued our case THREE consecutive court dates spanning an unbelievable THREE AND A HALF MONTHS without a word from us or to us about anything whatsoever. He was a ghost and time was the factor more than his cunning and he couldn’t pull that off. My wife and I have never seen anything like the incompetence. But he came in a pinch. And it’s hard for me to get a great read on people without visuals. Covid turning all appointments into audio only some places, well, out come the wolves.
