I reached out over a very complex and drawn-out eviction. The resident threw so much ridiculous spaghetti at the wall, hoping anything might stick. My attorney, Callie Kyle did an extraordinary job of defeating these efforts. She drafted complete and extraordinarily well-written petitions. She managed our path through the courts - the two wins, the tenant's three appeals, the followup with the county attorney and sheriff's office. At every step she was in front of the tenant's attornies and ready to cite the law text and verse to press our rights and our defense. It was quite simply, a tour de force. Kudos also to firm partner Rick Nishanian for assigning her to my defense. This was my third time using the firm. Rick himself helped me to close on the sale of my business which was complex and broad-ranging. He took care of everything efficiently and completely.
