Overview of Our Legal Services

The driving force of our immigration law practice is the belief that helping foreign nationals and their families achieve their American dream is the best way for us to fulfill our dream and purpose to be of ultimate service in the world and to humanity.

We understand that the success of our work dramatically impacts every part of our clients' lives. Whether we are reuniting family members, preventing the deportation of a father, or getting a green card for an international aid worker, we undertake our work as seriously as if we were representing our own family members. We are strong and zealous advocates for our clients' rights under United States immigration law.

We know immigration law and have years of legal experience working in top international law firms and nonprofit organizations while representing a wide range of clients that include asylum seekers and multinational corporations.

We are committed to providing our clients with the best immigration advice and representation possible.

We work hard to provide thoroughly prepared and documented applications and petitions for relief, supported by excellent research and reports.

We respect our clients as an essential part of the immigration process, and we keep them informed about and involved in their case.

We have a deep understanding of multiculturalism and a desire to see people live and work in collaboration and acceptance of one another.

We have a passion for making the world a better place through our work; a place where: people can freely migrate to provide for themselves and their families, and they do not fear their families being split apart; people can live in safety and security, free from torture, persecution, inequality, and injustice; and people's human rights are respected and protected.

What truly sets us apart is our holistic philosophy of practicing law. We are not just lawyers, and our clients are not just clients. Each of us is first and foremost a human being possessing inherent dignity and worth. From our first meeting and throughout the representation of a case, we take time to honor human needs while addressing legal issues. As a result of our approach, we often win cases and develop lifelong relationships.

We are also advocates on behalf of the immigrant community through our Firm's initiatives and through being active in local and national organizations supporting immigrant rights. One of our key programs has been holding "Know Your Rights" presentations that educate foreign nationals on how to best protect themselves and their families' interests. Through our presentations, we have reached over 5,000 foreign nationals and have received feedback that some immigrants been spared detention and deportation by ICE as a result of hearing our presentation. Because of our expertise and extensive community involvement on immigration issues, we are a go-to source of information for the media, government officials, community organizations, and educational institutions.
