Mr. Coulter represented me in four court cases, which we all won, especially one that was life changing for me. He was able to focus on what matter for the cases and what was best for my children. He is very upfront, direct, and brutally honest, which may come across as bad mannerisms, but he got me and my witnesses ready to testify while keeping my own behavior/reactions in check. He had insight on all aspect of my cases knowing potential outcomes, thus allowing to plan for the worst. We WON 4 times! I also understand that in a previous practice he was having challenges with one of his paralegals which incurred me some losses and clearly understood that it was NOT Mr Coulter's doing. I would strongly recommend him as my attorney - and I am still seeking him out for legal advices.
In 2016 I had a custody case and retained Mr. Coulter. He managed the process so well that we came to an agreement before having to go to court. He kept the needs of my child front and center, and every action he recommended was to be communicative, transparent, and proactive with regard to what was best for her. As a result, the opposing lawyer worked with us and agreement was reached that met my child and my own needs. I highly recommend Mr. Coulter for his commitment to fair process and his ability to explain his strategy. His assistant, Nancy, was top notch. I am not sure what happened with other clients, but I have no qualms recommending Mr. Coulter especially if you are prepared to face realities, keep the interests of your child foremost, and trust his process.
