Hired Attorney

I was impressed by his ability to concisely explain the law for my situation. I gradually noticed that he repeatedly did not have basic information or had it wrong (names, SS#, incomes) and that he simply did NOT listen to my concerns. As the actual hearing for temporary child custody began, he asked me my income and almost allowed my wife to lie about hers before I spoke up. My wife lied several times in the hearing, but that will be hard to prove since Mr. Harvill did arrange a court reporter.

Mr. Daniel Harvill has been my Attorney for numerous legal matters & advice over the last 10+ years. Everything from minor traffic violations, real estate matters, to much more serious issues such as CPS & domestic legal matters which he won for me in all cases proving I was innocent & the accusing party had malice intent. I have full trust and confidence in Mr. Harvill's knowledge, skills, & abilities. He has been there for me when I really needed him & sometimes at a moments notice! Thank you!
