Anna C. Pelligra founded Anna Catherine Pelligra Law LLC (“ACP Law”) to provide compassionate legal guidance in wills, trusts, and estate planning. A Manasquan native, Anna grew up near the Glimmer Glass and appreciates the close-knit beach community that shaped her values.
Before pursuing law, Anna spent ten years as an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard with the Manasquan Beach Patrol, where she developed quick decision-making skills and a strong sense of responsibility. This foundation carries into her legal practice, where careful planning and proactive solutions are key.
Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University and her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She began her career at boutique estate planning firms in Monmouth and Morris Counties, specializing in drafting customized estate documents, including wills, living wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), and spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs).
Recognizing that estate planning involves both legal complexities and personal emotions, Anna takes a personalized approach to each case. She focuses on providing clarity and support, ensuring her clients feel confident and secure as they plan for their futures. Anna’s dedication reflects her commitment to helping others protect their legacies.
