Hired Attorney Kelly Tate

I have been knowing Mrs. Tate on a personal basis for several years when I needed the services of an Attorney I contacted her office, my appointment was made at my convenience. When I went for my appointment, her Receptionist was very professional & courteous, Mrs. Tate asked me to her office in a matter of minutes after I arrived was very professional, courteous, helpful with ideas on my two needed items. She was very prompt on completion of my two matters, rates charged very reasonable.

Hired Law Firm

I hired her for a divorce and property settlement. She collected the full amount of her fees that day. We went twice to a court hearing and did not fight at all on my behalf. She is extremely passive and impossible to reach by phone. She waited until the morning of court to discuss matters and last minute preparations. I had to fire her and hire another attorney to represent me. Her office notified me that I had no funds left and would not receive a refund of any sort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
