Hired Attorney

I gave Lillian Anderson-Duffy $500 as a retainer to investigate why the Franklin County Social Services department was claiming I was a "convicted sex offender" (I was charged in 1992, but the charges were dropped). She would not complete the research work I had assigned her; when I asked her to make phone calls in regards to a "lemon" car, she claimed the $500 was used up. She then offered a 50% refund, but has never mailed me the check, and would not continue the case, even offered more money.
