Hired Attorney

He has not yet charged for services, but will do so at 30% if I obtain a settlement in the future. I was a passenger who was struck by a car, so it will be under New York State No-Fault if my injuries continue beyond six months. (It happened Oct. 7, 2010.)

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
