Gary Edward Shader stole my settlement money. He was disbarred in Florida and moved to Los Angeles California. Divorce occurred on Halloween 2001. My ex spouse became a warlock and molested our 10 year old daughter during the time of the divorce.
Gary Shader cost me everything due to his mistakes. Married18 years and I could not file for alimony because my attorney did not file by the dead line. Gary Shader needed an example to split a quadro. I never received me court order retirement. I was granted 50/50 custody. However I was denied visitation for 15 years. Another Gary Shader masterpiece. My biggest mistake in life was hiring this man to represent me for my divorce. He cost me my children, my health, my job, my financial ability to survive. He cost me everything.
I found Mr. Shader to be arrogant, inept, condescending, someone who wastes a client's time over and over again by making them fill out paperwork, then losing it, then makes them fill it out again and again. Also, my experience with Mr. Shader was that he is a terrible court litigator, not at all prepared when you go to court.
