CRAIG S. FOELS

was born in Kodiak, Alaska and has lived in Florida since 1980. Presently, Mr. Foels is a partner and senior trial attorney specializing in professional, general and premises claims. He also defends nursing homes against Chapter 400 allegations and represents physicians in administrative proceedings before the Florida Board of Medicine. Mr. Foels is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, and is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is admitted before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Foels received his B.A. in 1986 from the University of Florida and his J.D., with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1990. He was previously employed with the State Farm Insurance Company as a claims representative managing bodily injury and property damage claims.
