was born in Kodiak, Alaska and has lived in Florida since 1980. Presently, Mr. Foels is a partner and senior trial attorney specializing in professional, general and premises claims. He also defends nursing homes against Chapter 400 allegations and represents physicians in administrative proceedings before the Florida Board of Medicine. Mr. Foels is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, and is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council.
