Mr. Rhoads was an exceptional representative for me.

In an apparent attempt to intimidate a witness, Rhoads requested that I meet him at a Cracker Barrel in Louisville, Kentucky. I was not aware that his firm represented me without my knowledge. This included referred attorneys, who according to the reverse of their business cards, also engaged in potential direct conflict/financial misconduct specific to not only referral but representation. Rhoads threatened me with guaranteed prison in the event that I chose not to follow the advice of his referred attorneys. This, with no probable cause present. Which meant Rhoads was speaking specific to falsified discovery. An unappointed prosecutor was permitted to fabricate and assign a criminal record for me, of which I was unaware. Another unappointed prosecutor from the State Attorney General's office did the same, and further manipulated the details of the case and sent it to the US Supreme Court, US District Court in the USCA 6. It certainly appears that ex parte communications occurred.

Simply put, provided Tom's familiarity with me as well as the actionable circumstances which surround his firm, there is no possible way he could have been unaware of the referral. In stating that, it certainly appears that Tom is in violation of SCR 3.130(8.3). This mandate guarantees that the fifth amendment for the US Constitution remains a practical option for any Kentuckian or American.

It is unfathomable to me how this organization could rate an attorney who has not practiced for years. He became an unlicensed marriage counselor. Brad is likely responsible for a manipulated Kentucky supreme court docket. I have the screenshots. They include but are not limited to entries with skip sequential numbers as well as numbers that do not have an entry associated with them. Further, someone at that level reopened the case as it was being docketed by the US Supreme Court and kept it open until the the same court ruled on said matter. It is actually impossible to rule on this case given the Commonwealth refused to provide complete discovery. It also appears that only an Assistant Attorney General, who had an active bar complaint against him, signed off on the Supreme Court ruling. It certainly appears it was an attempt to shield the Attorney General, a close confident of Brad's from potentially adverse litigation/prosecution. It appears financial misconduct may also be present.

Chris Rhoads is directly responsible for a referral which included two attorneys from a separate County. Two other principles at the same law firm did the same. In a collective effort it appears, they succeeded in bypassing due process in its entirety. Chris actually provided funds to the gentleman who was responsible for prosecution at the state level via campaign donations. Chris was even the subject of emotion to disqualify the Attorney General. The motion was sent to a ghost panel of appellate Court judges and never ruled upon. Each party involved appears to have seen a gubanotorial appointment despite mass amounts of discovery being not only withheld but fabricated. Chris then took a position with the Kentucky Supreme Court for a judge who was directly involved in the case but failed to recuse himself utilizing a paper trail. The same judge appears to have mishandled discovery. Chris further provided false information specific to the United States Postal Service.

The law firm is directly responsible for and worked with a separate defense attorney who had a direct financial conflict of interest specific to but not limited to perjury, fabricated evidence and a fabricated record being sent to the US Supreme Court as well as US District Court. I will amend this review shortly. I'm directly related to this firm.
