Robert Kasieta is the founder and managing member of Kasieta Legal Group. He focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. Bob Kasieta is one of the most sterling individuals I have ever met. His professional knowledge and skills, integrity, reliability, trustworthiness, respect and caring for each of his clients are measures of why I would so highly recommend him to any individual pursuing an attorney with his areas of expertise. From start to finish Bob Kasieta and his legal team worked through my case and injury claim with the highest level of knowledge, competence, and integrity. I appreciated that Bob was honest with me about the strengths as well as the potential weaknesses of my case. Throughout the the interviews, depositions, and mediation Bob worked tirelessly for me, all the while being an excellent listener and advisor. Because of all the hard work put in on my behalf to bring about a successful conclusion to my case, I actually believe that Bob and his law firm deserved to have gotten a higher percentage of the settlement package than they received. I feel fortunate to have been represented by Bob and his tremendous legal team. It's doubtful there is anyone better.
