Atty. Winnig has a lack of priorities and responsibilities. He continuously apologized for placing my case on the back burner. On two different occasions, he requested to withdrawn from representation, at the last minute to hearings, due to one reason or another. His priorities are skewed. He attempted to run for public office, during my case. That failed and he struggled to compete with opposing attorney on different levels. He won my attention during temporary order hearing and lost it after.
Took my retainer fee and did absolutely nothing. Had to find another attorney and pay another retainer. Claimed I used all of my retainer and refused to give any of my money back. He promised a ton but did literally nothing.
