During the worst possible time, the death of our daughter by a drunk driver, Jim Jansen was by our side. Legally and personally Jim took care of everything. Jim first looked at our case and then he made us a very fair offer if we were to get a settlement so we told him to proceed. As the case moved forward, Jim made recommendations to us and we finally settled the case and received a $200,000.00 settlement in our pocket and Jim stuck to his original agreement. The entire firm was a pleasure to work with. I would use Jim and his firm any day and so should you.
