Hired Attorney

I would not recommend engaging with Emily. As part of my story, I revealed to her about the death of my baby daughter on a couple occasions. Not once did she express sympathy. She overlooked this as if it was not even said, which I cannot imagine doing in any situation. Her approach is to simply herd clients through and pass them off to her assistants. Money is her priority. The majority of lawyers that I have worked with in my life will recognize their clients as humans and do have a personal touch through engaging with them in direct communication. Emily does not have this. Level of expertise must come with a strong respectful character or else that expertise is meaningless. I suggest to anyone that you do a bit more research before engaging with Emily because there are well qualified lawyers out there that also possess compassion and understanding for the clients they work with.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
