Hired Attorney Atty. Daphne Webb

She seemed to always be unavailable, lots of vacations, and rarely returned phone calls. The day of my divorce hearing she was on vacation and sent an adoption attorney to the final hearing. My ex decided to rewrite a few things at the last minute and the attorney had no clue what he was doing. I was exasperated.
