Hired Attorney

Is how the office took care of us. We went to his office to do a will for myself and my husband. Did not know that we had to bring in information. I got a letter on April 29, 2013 and this was done in November 11, 2008. The office kept the 200.00 to start the paper work.
What is wrong in this picture.
