I needed an attorney in a worker’s compensation case, Mr. Thomas Herman was highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine. Let’s get to the point, Mr. Herman was on top of the case in no time. He always kept me informed. Mr. Herman was assertive in a good way, helped finalize my case with a positive outcome. The entire staff excelled in great communication, correspondence and responsiveness. I would use his service again if needed, strongly recommend.

Originally, I was told by a family member about another attorney whom I called, but he couldn’t take my case and referred me to Mr. Herman. I am so glad he did! I was almost immediately seen by Mr. Herman and my case was discussed and we had a plan made and put it into action. I had been receiving the run around from Workers Compand didn’t know what to do. Mr. Herman answered all my questions and handled everything and in the end won my case. Mr.Herman and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous and respond via phone and email in a very timely manner. They kept me informed of what was happening with my case almost on a weekly basis. Whenever I called with a question or concern they happily answered me and put my mind at ease. I would 100% recommend Mr. Herman and his staff to handle your legal needs.

Working with Mr. Herman was a great experience. I had used him before for an Accident I was in and him and his team treated us like family and he is a warrior in court. We had awesome results and he was helpful all the way. When I found myself in a Workers Compensation situation I did not hesitate to call and get his help and again we were successful. I feel this is a much needed Thank You letter for the office of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson. I was referred to this firm by our family attorney, Shane Geeter of Milledgeville, Ga for my workers' compensation claim. I will not just refer Thomas Herman to my friends and family, but tell them I have to talk to them about him! On a 1 to 10 scale Thomas and his staff are a border line 11! Thank you!
