Hired Law Firm

Extremely helpful, very good staff. Time was taken to answer all questions, the atmosphere was very relaxed, Mr. Duncan made everyone feel very comfortable. My family is very well pleased with his office.

Hired Attorney Mr. Dennis Duncan

This is a terrible lawyer he ripped my dad off when my uncle died sided with a criminal over taking care of my father's best interests! I would definitely not recommend this scumbag. My great uncle was dying of cancer of his kidneys and liver. He called me and my father crying saying his wife's son put him in the nursing home and begging me and my father for help. I took care of my uncle till his dying day and my uncles wife's son conned my uncle into mortgaging his house and giving him all the money. This terrible excuse for a lawyer sided with the theif that was using drugs and taking advantage of my uncle over my dad and myself. I would certainly not recommend this lawyer to anyone he was having family issues during this case and he treated us very poorly and should be suspended as a lawyer.
