In some cases, when a client cannot afford to hire an attorney our firm will offer our services at no charge. This is only in cases which are typically hourly fee arrangments and not in contingency fee cases. If you know someone that needs legal counsel and cannot afford an attorney please have them call our office and we will try to help them or refer them to someone that can. *Contingent attorneys' fees refers only to those fees charged by attorneys for their legal services. Such fees are not permitted in all types of cases. Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client.
