We prepare Wills, Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for Healthcare, Special Needs Trusts, Pet Trusts, etc. We assist surviving spouses in filing claims for Year's Support, and Probating wills. We assist families in the tough areas of Medicaid planning for future nursing home care and the contemplation of possible guardianships and conservatorships for their loved ones.

Hired Attorney Jennifer Nelson Haskins

Working with jen as my administrator for an estate has been the worst experience.. 😫 😩. She is terrable about getting anything done on time. Example, she took 6 months for her to get an appraisal on a house. We called multiple appraisal companys and they were only scheduled out 2 weeks. We would never ever recommend her to anyone ever. Please consider yourself warned. We hired her as an administrator on my fathers propertys in byron, i am still dealing with her more than a year later. Worst person to work with..... She dont return calls and has a very bad attitude. Nothing good to say about her..

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
