I have used Royston Jester for a few of my real estate transactions. Mr. Jester has done a fantastic job with my closings. He was very communicative, organized and kind. He made the process very streamlined and easy on my end. I will continue to use him for all of my legal needs.

Mr. Jester was thoughtful and effective. I and my family were very well represented in a difficult circumstance. Once he understood the level of our commitment to seeing the case through, he was 100% on-board, put together a very strong defense of our position and was thoroughly convincing in court.

If we could have fired Royston without monetary penalty we would have done so. We had a short sale and needed legal help with closing. We ended up doing nearly all of this work - calling the lien holders, obtaining signatures, resolving duplicate titles, scanning to the banks - ourselves. His secretary, Sandra, was a nightmare to work with and constantly delayed closing. And she charged us $500 extra because they "spent a lot of additional time" on us. Doing what, I wonder. Horrible.

I can’t say what I really want to say but this was a horrible experience 90 days Nothing was done. Nobody cares about the secretary being sick or her kid being sick whatever needed to be done,Should’ve been passed on to the next individual that was capable. When I finally got a response it was the same story. Oh, I’ve been sick. Oh, my kid has been sick. Oh, somebody’s out of town. I would not recommend jester and jester to anyone Mr. jester it’s not friendly in my opinion he does horrible business and I see why they are not a better business bureau accredited business now my question is is there a penalty for this law firm probably not I’ll do my best to give horrible reviews on every platform I can talking about this time waster. I reached out several times over the 90 days. All I got was excuses and we’re getting to it then to be told after 90 days that they cannot close because Mr. Jester no longer does what I need. Royston's poor communication and abysmal cyber security led to the entirely of the closing proceeds being stolen. Not only that all of the buyer and seller's personal information was stolen, He was utterly unhelpful and suggested that Facebook usage was the cause. He blamed me for the ALTA being stolen, before I had even heard from him. After the fact, he offered no apology and refused to reply to my letters. Do not use Jester and Jester.
