David Byron Bice

David is the best there is. He took an impossible situation and turned it on its head. If it were not for him, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. David's courtroom control is untouchable. He and his office were VERY responsive. There is not a better lawyer in the area.

David Bice has been my attorney since 2013 when he walked me through a divorce and protected my rights as a father. In that time he earned every penny he was paid, and was reasonable with his charges. David Bice is a man you want on your side, as an attorney and as a friend. Lately, he defended my rights as a father again and did an outstanding job. I will keep David Bice as my attorney for the future, and would recommend anyone do the same (get him before someone else does).

If you’re looking for an attorney who doesn’t care what you want and only cares about the money then hire David Bice. He was probably the worse lawyer I could have picked but in my emotional time I just went for the first person I found unfortunately. He was never fully paying attention to me and despite telling him the ONLY thing I cared about was my son during my divorce he kept trying to take me down unnecessary avenues. He was not punctual at all and several times it would be weeks to months before he would respond to my email or calls. I felt more like I worked for him instead of him working for me. In the end my divorce cost me over $25k when it should have been half that if he didn’t nickel and dime me. When I switched to a new lawyer for further matters, he took one look at our custody agreement and asked why my lawyer ever agreed to half the stuff in it. I regret ever going with David and highly recommend NOT going with him unless you just don’t care what happens.

Overbilled for basic services. Apparently this is a pattern. I hope someone addresses this as people are getting defrauded.

David Bice is lazy and poorly informed. He won't research your issues, he won't return your calls, he won't fight for your cause.
