Elliot Schlissel was the lawyer I hired when I was going through a foreclosure. His experience in foreclosure cases was ultimately why I hired him. I have never dealt with a foreclosure prior to this, so I had a lot of uneasiness, did a lot of research, and looked at all my options. Elliot Schlissel did a lot of the leg work and made me feel as comfortable as possible. It's definitely not a good feeling to go through a foreclosure, but it does help when you have a strong lawyer backing you up an

I called this lawyer and actually answered right away. Got a free consultation on the phone and because my landlord was awful I hired Elliot Schlissel for a flat fee to represent me. We got two months reduction in rent and even got my security back. Great results thanks.

This is a person that really cares about you and your needs. He is attentive, unrelenting and his fees are fair. In fact, his entire firm works together seamlessly to produce motions and petitions in a timely manner. His specialty is men's rights and he is adamant but polite in front of justices to get his point across. A real gem, and believe me I know since he is my 4th attorney. This was one of the most frustrating and destabilizing professional experiences I have ever had. Communication was consistently poor. I spent weeks trying to obtain basic information that should have been routine, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to get acknowledgment that my emails were received. Requests about billing, case status, and access to my own client file often went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups and approaching deadlines. Access to my own case file became an ordeal. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided a complete copy of my file. When I went to the office in person after being told in writing to do so, I was not allowed to review my file before being asked to sign documents, was not given a copy, and was left waiting for a prolonged period. The interaction with staff felt hostile and intimidating, which was deeply uncomfortable in a professional setting. Billing raised serious red flags. The invoice I eventually received contained vague description
