The paralegal is amazing. She tries her best to answer questions and cover up her bosses shortcoming. The lawyer does not seem to care, whenever you're told she's going to call you back she never does. I personally feel she never has time for you. She's always late in filing paperwork or sending paperwork.
I had initial consultation in October 2023 and she agreed to handle my wreck case. I called in October and November for case update. She wouldn’t even respond and her staff didn’t even know I had a case with her. I called in January, February and March for updates. They were none responsive until I said I would take my case to another firm. I had a telephone conference call the follweek and she claimed she couldn’t do anything for my case nor would she represent it in county of jurisdiction. Almost 6 months wasted on this firm.
Worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer!!! Do not recommend!!!!!! She will take your money and drag her feet on her end until you go in person to demand your part. I called 3 weeks after dropping off my paperwork to see where she was at because no one had called me. She didn't even remember who I was or what she was supposed to be doing for me. She is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Paid her promptly for services that I eventually had to wait over 2 months to receive when I was told it would take 1 week. She didn't apologize, but instead claimed this was a bad experience for her as well. I'm the one that had the bad experience because she wasn't doing her job in the timeframe that she initially gave. She will not answer or return your calls either. I reminded her of what she told me about a document, she claimed she never said it. I would give no stars if I could. She deserves being reported to the bar association and the Better Business Bureau. It is still unresolved.
This law office is the WORST in Robeson county very unprofessional. The secretary's are rude and lack common sense. We gave this lawyer our money and she has neglected our case! We request a full refund!
