When I first had dealings with this law firm, it was because Phillip Hays was appointed by the courts to represent a little guy I had in my custody. I would have ended up with custody but the moms situation changed and he was able to go home. IN 2021 I was contacted by the law firm to serve some court documents for them, and have loved every bit of it. The communication with the staff is clear, professional and responsive. Jennifer is a pure pleasure to work with. I love every bit of it. I can definitely recommend Fargason, Booth, St. Clair, Richards & Wilkins for help. They have a lot of experience in different fields of the legal world.
We are dealing with some difficult issues after my brothers death. The lawyer at this office said she would get on it but has yet to reach out to the appropriate people for further information and will not return our family's phone calls. We were informed that if the lawyer doesn't contact the department they were processing everything and finalizing it. Remind you, the lawyer said SHE would be contacting them a month ago. VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF HER!!!!!!!
