Joseph is an amazing attorney... I have been a client of his for over a year and a half in a high conflict custody case. He has a way of blending professionalism, a positive attitude, and this authoritative presence that commands respect and seems to take charge of the courtroom. This unique combination of personality traits reflects in his ability to negotiate...and ,oh my, can he negotiate. I've never seen anything like it. If Joseph Shaw were an artist with as much skill as I've seen him practice law, most other lawyers around him would appear to be stuck on finger painting technique. What's crazy is I never felt like he had even missed a beat on my case, in all the cases he had, he was able to compartmentalize and remember everything about mine. He was also personal, not just a great lawyer, but a great man.
