Matthew P. Demaras, Attorney at Law

Well I must say that attorney Matthew was appointed to me on behalf of the Court on my point of view it was a good choice I didn't have to go to court I gave all my information and behalf of this my case was dismiss my attorney is a good man he called up to see how I was and to see if I had to give him any more info about the case documents that I provided in with proof that the problem at hand was not me thanks to God and the people care about me that praise and everything comes clean and good I will recommend him. Mr. DeMaras was my court appointed attorney in a case where I was facing a mandatory jail sentence. & From my past experiences with other court appointed attorneys; they don't try very hard because you are only paying a very small attorney fee which is often waived. But Mr. DeMaras worked very hard on my case, and he ended up getting me the best deal possible. I got absolutely no jail time, and he explained the plea deal to me in great detail so that I would fully understand. Throughout the months we spent on pre-trial, he called me a week or so before every court date just so discuss the case and explain what to expect. He was never once judgemental towards me nor did I ever feel like he wasn't trying hard to win my case. From what I saw, he put a lot of effort in. Best attorney I've ever had!
