George Papachristos is a Massachusetts criminal defense attorney whose career began with hands-on training inside the court system. He graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2004, became a member of the Massachusetts bar in 2005, and completed internships at the Quincy Criminal Clerk’s Office and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. Those roles gave him early experience assisting the public, supporting court sessions, and seeing how prosecutors and court staff handle high-pressure matters. He went on to serve as a full-time Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, working in district courts across the county before being promoted in 2006 to Supervising Assistant District Attorney at Dedham District Court. He later joined the Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit and the Major Felony Unit, where he prosecuted complex cases in Superior Court and worked closely with local, state, and federal agencies during investigations. Along the way, he completed advanced training in forensic evidence, reconstruction, and narcotics investigations, and contributed to legal education programs at Harvard Law School and in Superior Court seminars. He now brings that prosecution insight to defending clients facing charges from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
