Mr. Thelen did a poor job representing my interests in this small town traffic court. He did not communicate that the traffic school needed to be completed prior to the court date, only calling at 3pm the afternoon before the trial date to inquire as to where the certificate was. In addition, he never inquired as to a previous entry on my driving record which showed I was in an accident- one that was not my fault. He should have inquired prior to trial if it was going to come up.
